// QUICK BIO //
2014 marked the ten year anniversary of when Chad Sugg started his solo-project, Backseat Goodbye. Throughout those years he managed to: co-headline U.S. tours with The Ready Set, Plug In Stereo, and Alex Goot (to name a few), sell over 10k albums and 100k singles, and record with the likes of Ace Enders (The Early November, I Can Make A Mess Like Nobody's Business), Christopher Browder (Mansions), and Alex Goot. In March of 2015, Chad announced his first new Backseat Goodbye EP in over three years, titled Loud Songs For When The Night's Too Quiet, due out May 5th.
Throughout the past three years, while Chad had taken a break from the name Backseat Goodbye, he stayed just as busy cultivating his fanbase in new ways. In 2013 he launched an independent record label with Jamison Covington (JamisonParker, E For Explosion) called Roamer Records. Not to mention, he started releasing music under his real name to help create a cross-over for his fans while they waited for new music from Backseat. In doing so, he created a new generation of fans via YouTube, and has since toured the U.S., Canada, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and more supporting YouTube heavy-hitters Alex Goot, Julia Sheer, and Luke Conard, to name a few. His combined YouTube fanbase for both his Chad Sugg & Backseat Goodbye projects has launched his videos to over 35 MILLION+ views world-wide.
